Employment Law

Reinstatement, severance and notice pay, overtime claims and employer compliance.

Employment law regulates the rights and obligations between employees and employers and seeks to keep working life in balance. It covers employment contracts, wages, compensation, leave entitlements, termination and union rights. Its core principle is the fair protection of both employee and employer.

Changing conditions and flexible working models have made employment relationships more complex. Professional legal support is therefore essential to prevent loss of rights and to manage disputes correctly.

Boybey Law & Consultancy provides both preventive advice and litigation in employment matters: reinstatement claims, severance and notice pay, overtime receivables, workplace accidents, mobbing allegations and unfair dismissal. We also advise employers on legal compliance and human resources processes.
