This notice is provided by Boybey Law & Consultancy, acting as data controller, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). It explains how we process the personal data (such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) that you share with us when you request legal services, conclude or perform an advisory agreement, or apply for a position.

Collection methods and legal grounds
Personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically through any channel, including this website's forms, on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, in particular the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and our legitimate interests.
Transfer of personal data
Personal data may be shared, within the limits of the purposes above and Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with courts, enforcement offices, public authorities, and the business partners and service providers we work with.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to us to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, learn the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction or deletion, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
